What app is the nutrition tracking app?
When you sign up for level 2 or level 3 personal training, you gain access to the Trainerize app via SEAFIT portal. This app has calorie tracking capabilities associated with it. It also tracks your workouts, and reminds you when to do what! It has messaging capabilities and you can follow along with certain workouts!
What is a Program?
A program is a generic workout plan crafted by our team at SEAFIT. While these plans are generally effective, we recognize that everyone is unique. That's why we also offer personal training for those who desire a program with personalized coaching designed specifically for them.
Who is SEAFIT LLC
Simply put, SEAFIT LLC is Matthew Moody. He has a passion for fitness and wants to sea people see fitness not sea sickness or sea fat. yes... he's a dad and has all those terrible dad jokes too.
