- Free weights/dumbbells

Muscle growth program levels
Beginner
muscle growth
The beginner phase is designed to establish proper technique and a strong foundation. You will concentrate on the essential Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, primarily using dumbbells, complemented by accessory exercises that engage your core. In this beginner phase, your primary focus will be on mastering form and movement quality above all else. Prepare for 3 days a week of training full body. This is a great option for those who are just starting out.
Intermediate
muscle growth
This program builds on the foundation established by the beginner program and truly elevates your training by incorporating significantly more volume into each workout. You’ll develop a more impressive physique as you focus on muscle growth and size, with an emphasis on increased time under tension compared to the previous program. Prepare for upper and lower body days with a full body workout every week.
Advanced
muscle growth
This program is designed for those who are truly committed to achieving the goal ahead, and have 4+ years of consistent weightlifting behind them. Here we push the limits with a drop set style. Every set goes to absolute failure, and will leave you sore, but the gains are sure to come in! Prepare for 2 upper and lower body days a week with an off day of abs and arms.
