This program is designed to hit all of fitness. Here is a list of the recommended items

All Around fit program levels
Beginner
All-Around Fit
The beginner phase is designed to establish proper technique and a strong foundation. You will concentrate on the essential Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, primarily using dumbbells, complemented by accessory exercises that engage your core. Each workout concludes with a stretching session to promote flexibility and overall well-being. On rest days, you will engage in walking or other forms of cardio for a specified duration to keep your body active.
Intermediate
All-Around Fit
The intermediate phase elevates your fitness journey by introducing more challenging movements that will leave you feeling accomplished and a bit sore. Expect to engage in more single-arm and leg exercises with an increased focus on core strength. The mobility sessions will also ramp up in difficulty compared to the beginner level. Plus, get ready for a more intense cardio experience, featuring a dedicated day for high-intensity training.
Advanced
All-Around Fit
This program is designed for those who are truly committed and ready to embrace the challenge of achieving a well-rounded physique and a vibrant lifestyle. Get ready for four to six days a week of comprehensive strength and conditioning workouts. We will incorporate dedicated upper body days, lower body days, cardio sessions, and mobility training. Prepare to put in the effort, and watch as your hard work transforms into visible results.
