About program levels
Beginner
Beginner programs are designed for individuals who are just starting their fitness journey. Whether you’ve never worked out before or have less than a year of consistent exercise experience, this program will challenge you and establish a solid foundation for your future progress.
At Sea Fit LLC, we believe that every small step is a significant achievement.
Intermediate
Intermediate programs are designed for individuals with 2 to 5 years of fitness experience. These programs are your next step toward achieving your goals. Prepare for a challenging journey with four workout days each week that will push your limits and elevate your fitness to new heights.
Advanced
Advanced programs are designed for those with 5 years of dedicated fitness experience. Prepare to be challenged with 5 to 6 workouts each week. Your body will feel the strain, but as you push through, you’ll start to see remarkable results that make it all worthwhile.

A program is a generic workout plan crafted by our team at SEAFIT. While these plans are generally effective, we recognize that everyone is unique. That’s why we also offer personal training for those who desire a program with personalized coaching designed specifically for them.

Who is SEAFIT LLC
Simply put, SEAFIT LLC is Matthew Moody. He has a passion for fitness and wants to sea people see fitness not sea sickness or sea fat. yes… he’s a dad and has all those terrible dad jokes too.
