SEAFIT SUBSCRIPTION AND COACHING AGREEMENT
By purchasing a SEAFIT subscription, I understand and agree to the following:
SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS
SEAFIT offers monthly subscription options priced at $14, $69, $124, and $236 per month. My selected service, included meeting frequency, and recurring price are displayed in my order before payment.
The current coaching options are:
• Continued Support: $14 per month with no scheduled coaching meetings
• Monthly Coaching: $69 per month with one coaching meeting
• Twice-Monthly Coaching: $124 per month with two coaching meetings
• Weekly Coaching: $236 per month with four coaching meetings
The Weekly Coaching option includes four meetings per monthly billing cycle. Because some calendar months contain more than four weeks, this does not guarantee a meeting during every calendar week.
RECURRING BILLING
I authorize SEAFIT LLC to charge my payment method for the monthly subscription option I select. My first payment will be collected when I enroll, and my subscription will renew automatically each month until I cancel it.
CLIENT CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED MEETINGS
I will provide at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule a meeting. SEAFIT will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the meeting during the current billing period or within seven days afterward, subject to availability.
Meetings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are forfeited. They do not roll over, reduce my monthly payment, or qualify for a refund. Emergency exceptions may be considered individually.
Unused meetings do not roll over into future months unless SEAFIT approves a rescheduled meeting or owes the client a makeup meeting.
SEAFIT CANCELLATIONS
If SEAFIT cancels a scheduled meeting or causes a scheduling error, the meeting will be rescheduled as an additional makeup meeting within 30 days. A makeup meeting is provided in addition to the client’s normally scheduled meetings and does not replace the next regular meeting.
If SEAFIT cannot provide the additional makeup meeting within 30 days, a billing credit will be applied to the client’s next payment based on the missed meeting:
• $69 Monthly Coaching plan: $69 credit
• $124 Twice-Monthly Coaching plan: $62 credit
• $236 Weekly Coaching plan: $59 credit
If the subscription is canceled before the credit can be applied, SEAFIT will issue the applicable amount as a partial refund.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
I may cancel my subscription through the SEAFIT Customer Billing Portal. Cancellation must be completed before my next renewal date to prevent the next payment.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of my current paid billing period. Payments already processed are nonrefundable and are not prorated for a partially used month, except when required by law or when SEAFIT is unable to provide the agreed service.
HEALTH AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that fitness and nutrition coaching is educational and is not medical care, physical therapy, or medical nutrition treatment. I am responsible for disclosing relevant injuries, limitations, and health conditions and for obtaining medical clearance when appropriate.
I understand that exercise involves inherent risks. I agree to stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if I experience concerning pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or other unusual symptoms.
RESULTS
SEAFIT will provide professional guidance, programming, accountability, and support. However, results depend on factors including my participation, consistency, nutrition, recovery, and health. Specific results are not guaranteed.
